WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who is licensed and insured by the state to perform such inspections. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report of findings. Findings will include:
- Structure, Interior and Exterior
- Foundation
- Roofing
- Basement or crawl space
- Heating and cooling systems
- Interior plumbing systems
- Interior electrical systems, including wiring
- Floors (general condition)
- Doors and door frames (general condition)
- Windows (general condition)
- Ceilings and interior walls (general condition)
- Attic, including condition of insulation

A termite inspection is a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas of a home for evidence of wood-destroying insects. The inspector will visually inspect the entire interior of a home (including accessing and entering any sub-space such as basements and crawlspaces) and exterior of the property.

I absolutely love visiting new locations and inspecting properties to let a client know of all the good and bad about a property. I go out of my way to provide the best service to my clients. I built my own custom software that allows me to deliver a detailed inspection report that allows clients to read and understand everything about the property that they wish to purchase.
